For Free Offers

SnappyJoy reserves the right to cancel the orders and refund the money if it finds a same person has multiple accounts with different email id for the sole purpose of availing the promotional free offer.
Self Referrals
Please note that self referrals are not tolerated by http://www.SnappyJoy.com. We have the right to cancel all the credits the customer has accumulated and also the orders, the customers has placed using the credits, if it is found out that the customer is self referring. The money will be refunded after cancellation of the orders.

Registration Data
If you are required to complete a registration process to enter or use a portion of the Service, you agree (i) to provide SnappyJoy with accurate, complete and current information; and (ii) to update your information to keep it accurate, complete and current. Failure to provide accurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your right to access the Service or any portion thereof.
You may not select a user name that impersonates someone else, is vulgar or offensive, is or may be illegal, may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights, or may cause confusion. Our concern reserves the right to reject any user name in our sole discretion.
You agree not to sell or transfer your use of or access to the Service or permit anyone else to use the Service through your user name or password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for all activity that occurs on your account. You agree to immediately notify SnappyJoy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Our company will not be liable for any loss you incur as a result of someone else using your password and account with, or without, your permission.

. Do not disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a chat room, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges.
. Do not disobey any SnappyJoy hosts, moderators, or other SnappyJoy employee or representative or interfere with any action by any SnappyJoy host or other SnappyJoy employee or representative to redress any violation of these Terms.
. Do not access any SnappyJoy Communities after your account or access has been terminated by our concern.
. Do not upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit, or post links to any content that facilitates hacking.
. Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service, including without limitation SnappyJoy hosts.
Violations of these Terms in connection with the use of SnappyJoy should be reported to: "emailaddress" Indemnification.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SnappyJoy and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) related to or arising out of your use of the Service (including any submission of Content by you).
Pro-Merchant:
SnappyJoy Pro-Merchant offers anyone to get SnappyJoy products at a discounted rate.
Annual Fee:
Customers will be asked to pay an annual fee of Rs. 4,995.00 at the beginning for setting up of account, maintaining the account, image hosting, etc. Annual fee is a non refundable fee and is not a caption fee. Annual fee is charged for each account.
Product Pricing:
Product pricing is standard for all the Pro-Merchant customer accounts. It will be same until mentioned. Product prices will be periodically revised based on the material cost and other costs involved. It will reflect on the actual product prices which in turn will reflect on the Pro-Merchant customer prices as well. SnappyJoy continues to guarantee that Pro-Merchant customers will get the discount.
Refund and Reprocess Policy:
SnappyJoy always offers 100% customer satisfaction. However the customer can ask for a refund or reprocess in case if the customer is does not like the product. In this case, the customer may be asked to return the product after which either refund or reprocess will be done according to the customer’s wish. The customer should inform SnappyJoy within a period of 30 days after receiving the product(s). Beyond which SnappyJoy will not entertain any refund or reprocess.
Cancellation/Termination of Pro-Merchant Account:
Customer may cancel the account within the one year period. However annual fee will not be refunded as stated earlier. Also if the customer does not abide by the terms and conditions stated here, SnappyJoy has the right to terminate the account and remove all the images in the respective account.
Amendment to Terms and Privacy Policy:
SnappyJoy may, in its sole discretion, and without notice modify these Terms, including the annual fee. However, any such changes will not apply to you during your current year of membership and will only apply if your membership is renewed.
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review our updated Terms and Conditions.
Your continued use of your SnappyJoy Pro-Merchant account constitutes your consent and agreement to the Terms and Conditions. If any change to the Terms is found to be unenforceable, void, or invalid, it is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE OR OTHER MATERIAL (COLLECTIVELY "MATERIAL") OR SERVICES AVAILABLE AT THE SERVICE, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED,USED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR DOWNLOAD OF ANY MATERIAL.
